Failure to provide requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending completion of the verification process.

The minimum deposit at tra777 is ₱100. General conditions that apply to all tra777 bonus offers unless otherwise stated:

• All bonus credits carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any portion of the bonus — or winnings derived from the bonus — can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each individual offer.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately in your tra777 account. Real-money balances are used first; bonus balances are drawn upon when real-money balance is zero.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued.

• Where a maximum win limit applies to a specific bonus, any winnings generated above that limit while playing with bonus funds will be removed from the final withdrawable balance.

Once a bet has been confirmed by the tra777 system, it is binding and cannot be cancelled by the member except in specific circumstances where cancellation is explicitly permitted under the applicable event rules (for example, in-play bet acceptance windows).

tra777 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at an incorrectly displayed price due to a technical error, human error in odds compilation, or data feed failure. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the member's balance without interest or compensation.

• Maximum bet limits vary by market, event, and account status. Limits for specific markets are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• In the event of a disputed result or settlement, tra777's decision — made after review of available evidence — is final.
• Live in-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay. tra777 will honour the odds at the time of confirmation, not the time of submission, if the odds changed during the delay period.
• Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) independently audited for fairness. Results are final once confirmed by the game system.

The tra777 VIP Club is a loyalty programme open to all registered members. Participation is automatic — no separate enrolment is required. All members begin at Bronze tier upon registration.

VIP points are earned on qualifying wagers at earn rates published in the VIP Club section of the platform. Points accumulate toward tier advancement thresholds. Tier upgrades are automatic when a member's cumulative points reach the relevant threshold.

Weekly cashback under the VIP Club is calculated on net losses (total losses minus total winnings) across qualifying games during the preceding seven-day period (Monday to Sunday). The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tra777 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or allowing another person to use your tra777 account.
• Using automated betting bots, scripts, or other software to place bets or interact with tra777 in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, odds errors, or loopholes to generate artificial winnings — commonly referred to as "bonus abuse" or "arbitrage abuse."
• Colluding with other players, particularly in poker or other player-versus-player formats, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the tra777 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Providing false or misleading information at any point during registration, verification, or support interactions.
• Attempting to access any part of the tra777 platform other than through the standard user interface without explicit written permission.

All content on the tra777 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of tra777 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the tra777 platform solely for personal entertainment and betting purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit any content from the tra777 platform.

The tra777 brand name, logo, and associated trademarks may not be used in any context without the express written consent of tra777.

tra777 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
